School management for private schools in Oman
Your whole school on one platform
مدرستكم كلها على منصة واحدة
Fees, attendance, buses and every parent message, in Arabic and English. Built around Oman's private-school rules, with school records stored in Oman.
For private schools and kindergartens, from one KG to a group of schools.

The problems we built Madrasati to solve
Fees chased by phone
Accountants call late payers for days, and the rules limit what a school can hold back.
Notices that don't land
Paper slips get lost, group chats get noisy, and many parents don't read Arabic or English comfortably.
Children tracked on paper
Bus boarding, absences and gate pickups run on lists and memory.
Numbers that take days
Owners wait days for enrolment and collection figures, while records sit in Excel.
Madrasati is one platform for running a private school in Oman: office, fees, classrooms, buses and families, in Arabic and English.

Owner dashboard
Why we built it
Owners ask several people for numbers and get them days late.
What it does
Enrolment, fees, attendance and bus checks on one screen, with a weekly summary and a side-by-side view for school groups.
Student and family records
Why we built it
Student data sits in Excel, paper folders and the Ministry's portal.
What it does
One bilingual record per child and family, with siblings linked and alerts before documents expire.
Online admissions and re-enrolment
Why we built it
Enquiries arrive by phone, WhatsApp and walk-ins, and the ones nobody follows up are lost fees.
What it does
One inbox for every enquiry, online applications, offers and waitlists, then re-enrolment with an online deposit and the parent contract.
Finance
Get paid on time, with less chasing
Also in this area: Built-in accounting, Canteen pre-order and cashless, Uniform and book shop.

Fees and online payment
Why we built it
Discounts and instalments live in Excel, and mistakes turn into disputes.
What it does
Fee plans built from Ministry-approved items, sibling and staff discounts applied automatically, interest-free instalments, and payment by card, Apple Pay or link.
Collections and reminders
Why we built it
Accountants chase late payers by phone for days.
What it does
Reminders before, on and after the due date by app, WhatsApp or SMS. A follow-up list tracks promised dates, and no child is barred from exams over fees.
Employer-sponsored billing
Why we built it
Many expat families' fees are paid by their employer, which means split invoices and separate follow-ups.
What it does
Sponsor rules per family, invoices split between company and parent, and one statement per company.
Parents & Students
Every family informed, in their own language
Also in this area: Parent hub with documents, Daily digest, Parents' evenings with video, Trips and events with consent and payment, Student app, WhatsApp forms and bookings, Ask-the-school assistant.

Messages in every family's language
Why we built it
Many parents don't read Arabic or English comfortably.
What it does
Write a notice once: each family reads it in their own language, replies are translated back, and read receipts show who hasn't seen it.
The school on WhatsApp
Why we built it
Parents rarely install another app, and most already use WhatsApp.
What it does
Alerts, pay links and absence reports from the school's verified number, with app notifications sent first to keep message costs down.
Parent app and calendar
Why we built it
Parents with several children get school news from paper, calls and group chats, and hear about holidays and exams too late.
What it does
One sign-in for all their children, today at a glance (at school, fees, notices), and term dates added to the phone’s calendar.
Teachers & Academics
Less admin, more teaching
Also in this area: Homework and online submission, Timetabling and cover, Behaviour and house points, Teacher–parent messaging, Curriculum planning.

A register in 30 seconds
Why we built it
When nobody follows up an absence, a missing child can go unnoticed.
What it does
Everyone is present by default; teachers tap the absent children, even offline, and parents are alerted the same morning.
Report cards for five curricula
Why we built it
Report cards take days each term, and schools here run British, IB, American, Indian and Ministry curricula.
What it does
A grading scheme per curriculum, review and lock, and bilingual report cards published to parents in one click.
KG daily updates and portfolios
Why we built it
KG parents want to see their child's day, and photos sent from teachers' own phones put children's data at risk.
What it does
Daily updates on activities, meals and rest, photos only for families who consented, and a portfolio for the year.
Safety & Transport
Every child accounted for
Also in this area: Bus routes and arrival alerts, Live GPS bus map, Safeguarding records, Clinic and health records.

Bus Safe Loop
Why we built it
Bus checks that rely on memory can miss a child left on board.
What it does
The supervisor marks each child on and off. A trip can't close until the supervisor confirms the bus is empty, and a child who boarded but isn't in class within 15 minutes triggers an alert.
Safe pickup at the gate
Why we built it
Handing a child to the wrong person is the worst thing that can happen at a gate, and KG dismissal often runs on memory.
What it does
Authorised collectors with photos, a gate app that checks and logs each handover, and parents told who collected their child.
Weather and Ramadan modes
Why we built it
Classes are suspended or moved online in bad weather, and Ramadan changes the whole school day.
What it does
One switch updates notices, buses and the timetable, every family hears in their own language, and nothing goes out until the principal confirms.
Built for Oman's private schools
Platforms built abroad don't know Oman's private-school rules, so the school carries the risk.
Ministry rules built in
Fee plans use only Ministry-approved items and amounts (Ministerial Decision 287/2017). For unpaid fees, the school can hold results or re-registration under Article 116, but never bar a child from exams. Parent contracts, the school website and Education Portal exports follow the same decision.
School records stored in Oman
School records are hosted in Oman, with guardian consent recorded at enrolment, as Oman's Personal Data Protection Law requires.
Arabic and English everywhere
Right to left throughout the apps, notices, receipts and PDFs, and each person chooses their language.
Need-to-know access
Each role sees only what it needs, and every change to fees, marks and attendance is logged.
Sign in with a phone number
Parents sign in with their mobile number and see all their children, even across branches.
Easy to switch
We import your students, families, staff and balances from Excel, and your school's name and logo appear on the apps and receipts.
Also in this area:an open API for accounting and payment tools.

Questions schools ask
Do parents need to download an app?
No. Parents can get alerts, pay fees and report absences on WhatsApp; the app adds the calendar and all their children in one place.
Where is our data stored?
School records are stored in Oman, guardian consent is recorded at enrolment, and each role sees only what it needs. Messages sent by WhatsApp or app notification pass through Meta, Apple or Google.
Does Madrasati follow the Ministry's rules?
Yes. Fee plans accept only Ministry-approved items and amounts. For unpaid fees, the school can hold results or re-registration but never exams (Article 116, Ministerial Decision 287/2017). Contracts, the website and Portal exports follow the same decision.
Does it work fully in Arabic?
Yes. Every screen, notice, receipt and PDF works in Arabic and English, right to left included, and each person chooses their language.
Which curricula does it support?
British, IB, American, Indian and Ministry curricula, each with its own grading scheme. Report cards come out in Arabic and English.
Everything we have is in Excel. How do we move?
Send us your lists. We import your students, families, staff and fee balances for you.
We have several branches. Does that work?
Yes. Parents use one account across branches, and owners see the branches side by side.
Is it only for large schools?
No. It works for a single kindergarten as well as a group of schools.
Can we take our data out?
Yes. Any list can be exported at any time.
What does it cost?
We share pricing once we understand your school's size and needs. Book a demo to start the conversation.
When can we start?
As soon as your lists are ready. We import your data, set up your school's branding and train each team, then invite parents by WhatsApp.
